3 Day Workshop at Lewis Ginter Garden: Advanced Botanical Watercolor Techniques- Richmond, VA, June 18-20, 2019

A good botanical watercolor art work should show the mastery of the medium, aesthetic quality and accurate scientific information of the plant(s). To achieve this goal, artists need not only to be able to use watercolor medium skillfully, but also to make decisions about what parts of the plant(s) to be depicted and how to do it. In this workshop, Heeyoung Kim will share her know-hows focusing on challenges that are common, yet critical to improve the quality of botanical artworks. For registration, go to Lewis Ginter Garden website www.lewisginter.org
